Today we experienced the worst customer service ever, we came in patiently with six kids to order ice cream. The young man at the shop tonight seem very frustrated when we came in. We ordered Sundaes with brownies, He stated the sundae does not come with brownies, I ask him to please add the brownies and I will pay extra, he turned around with such frustration and he huffs and puff to the point I have to tell him to please forget the brownies. The young lady there was so rude after the incident with the young man we advised to proceed with the transactions, the amount was incorrect ,we ask the young lady please retype the transaction because it was incorrect, she stated that we were confusing her and we were indecisive, this is not a great way to talk to your customer, please stay away from this ice shop.
