The steaks and all sides were pretty good. I'll start with the good.
Reservations were for 6pm for 4 on a Saturday night. We were seated immediately. Two members of our party wanted to share a steak but like theirs cooked drastically different. The Palm cut the steak before cooking so each could have it as they preferred. To me, that is something that would probably not be done let alone offered. Everything is a la Carte and the sides are family style so they definitely feed more than one.
The bad. I checked out the menu days in advance of my visit and had my mind set on the 12oz wagyu steak only to find out that they were all out. On a Saturday night. At 6pm. I was told it was going to be removed from the menu soon. Sounds like it already is. The steak I did wind up getting was good. A little closer to medium than the medium rare I requested. Still good though.
Lastly, I understand the need to clear plates and items no longer being used. But they cleared everything from the table while one member of our party was still eating. Really makes you feel rushed. And they weren't crowded at all.
Overall a good meal. Will I go back? Probably not. Prices were what I expected. Just not as great as some of the reviews indicated. And if you don't have something, tell the guests ahead of time. Or remove it.
