American Restaurant

Some good friends introduced us to Eureka! during our recent visit to Bakersfield. Great place to catch up with friends over some really good food. The Fresno Fig Burger was a sweet and savory departure from the usual fare at most bar& grills—with its fig marmalade, spicy porter mustard, arugula and melted goat cheese. My date enjoyed the bison burger—not only was it delicious, but the presentation was beautiful—festive with the red, orange and yellow peppers. The bacon-infused jalapeño jam takes this one to the next level—definitely a good choice as well. I recommend the sweet potato fries. Some of the best I’ve had. Good selection of drinks and craft beers. Can’t go wrong with Eureka!
