The below comments are from February 2018, one year later almost to the day and CUT still deserves a 5 star rating for the excellent food and incredible service! Although our experience this year 2018 almost went South if it wasn't for a great bartender that saved the day and week. Her name is Camille and she was AWESOME! Incredibly friendly, attentive, productive, and all around a great person that CUT should be very thankful to have working there. The below comments are from February 2017 when I visited Vegas: Hands down the absolute best place to get a steak dinner in Las Vegas!
