Great product with poor customer service. My assigned customer service representative is non-responsive to my calls and emails. I asked for a new CSR and instead of assigning me a new one they had her call me and ask why I couldn't work with her.
They promise 15 day production, but it takes 5 working days to input the order before the 15 days even starts. My last order was delayed an additional 5 days because it was a "large" order. There is no online ordering system, so you have to hand write the order on one of their order forms. Whoever inputs the order often makes mistakes.
If I were reviewing them on the product only then the rating would be much higher. You can customize your orders for special situations. The variety of iron rod diameters and finial options is wonderful.
In my opinion the quality product is not enough to make up for the lack of customer service. I am taking my business to another company that has better service even if I have to pay a little more.
