My husband and I have been regulars here for over two years! The place is seat yourself, definitely a hole-in-the-wall, but charming with its delicious cuisine and friendly waitresses. The food is delicious, but we particularly enjoy their cheese fries and a good burger. The one time we ever had a problem with our food, it was fixed promptly and with many apologies. If you can look past the outer appearance, it's definitely worth your time to give it a shot. Other notes: they serve several rotating desserts, no alcohol is served there but you can bring your own beer/wine, and their vegan menu is HUGE. Parking can be an issue because it's down town, so that's to be expected. The online ordering system tends to be wonky (for example, sometimes it won't let us order for delivery when we live less than two miles away), so just call if you want to get your food to go or delivered.
