FIRST AND LAST VISIT
This resort is VERY UNORGANIZED. We arrived on Friday afternoon around 3:00 and we were still dealing with customer service for various issues well after 6:00 and continued to deal with the same issues the entire stay. My group paid for upgraded accommodations and services but received absolutely no information on what our package included. The clerks at the check in desk seemed not to have a process or any valuable information or instruction and check out was much worse. On the afternoon of check-out guests were lined up to speak with the guest services manager and the police were present in the lobby. Occidental is a beautiful resort but management should definitely be upgraded and staff needs more training.
