Cindy is an absolute peach. She greeted us at the door and was EXTREMELY helpful. The atm messed up and she was more than willing to help us figure it out
Jake, the bartender is always awesome, and is super helpful and makes some bomb drinks.
Unfortunately, I had originally review this place as a five star place, however our experience last night was more than less than.
We've come to this place every time we want a gamble, or have a drink, and ALWAYS bring friends (potential customers) and tip well.
My husband has a paper ID which is a legal ID considering we were able to get on a PLANE with it from leave.
We went up to the front like normal to get our IDs check by TJ. We all got out our IDs and my husband went second, TJ said that she thought it unacceptable and that this "was not even her job" and that she was a dealer. And that she needed to give it to the manager. So before she leaves I grab my ID next to give to her and she says she remembers me and doesn't even take a look at my ID, but says she doesn't remember my husband... (he comes here more than me)
Then she makes a scene by having multiple people come to the front to take a look, drags my husband to different people around the place (super embarrassing). And then eventually goes to give the manager the ID, after all of this we have the whole place staring at us, dealers and all. When she comes back out she tells us she can't accept it, and that since she made a big scene it wouldn't go well. Which is fine, whatever. Thanks for the free embarrassment. It makes us wonder if we want to come back because now were uncomfortable. Honestly the whole experience was a train wreck.
