I had my Daughters birthday party at Fun Quest and the host Jackson was completely on point. Anytime the host saw me (whether in the party room or on the floor playing games) asked if there was anything I needed or any way he could help things move smoother. Really made a very hectic/chaotic thing entirely manageable. The only complaint I have would be that several of the games(my fiancee and I went to 3 out of order games in a row) did not work and had no way of telling you other than a flashing red light on the card reader for the game(yes I know "red means bad"). What was really great though was being able to play Laser Tag with all the Kids and Adults of the party, that is what made the party and had everyone talking at the end.
