My husband and I went to Johnny Rockets Saturday night for dinner. We stood at the "wait to be seated" sign for about 10 minutes, even though there were many open tables available. We asked a server near by if we could sit, and he told us to "hold on". Another server went about taking orders while we stood next to empty tables. Once we were finally seated, we sat for another 15 minutes waiting for somebody to take our order. We finally just walked out. There were only 4 tables occupied at the time, and a couple people at the counter and about 10 empty tables. Honestly, there were more servers and cook staff on hand than customers, so the lack of service made no sense. I guess since the chain was bought by Friendly's, it lost it's customer service skills along with it's reputation. Regional managers need to do pop in's and micro-manage this place because the staff lack the capacity to demonstrate quality customer service!
Skip this place if you plan on ordering any food !
