This was our first visit and it did not go well; we booked it online and when we arrived they said we could not have our room without a credit card but did not give us any options it was just NO...we decided to speak to the manager and we got a room and she said there would be an additional $50.00 charge that would be refunded in a few days. When we got home we found that we were charged for our room plus the $50.00 extra and then $200.12 extra for no reason; when I called I was told that the $200.12 plus $50.00 would be refunded in three weeks...I found this to be unacceptable and very poor business practices; I do not recommend this establishment.
