Stayed at this hotel for the first time for my birthday weekend since the price was much lower than other hotels in AC, plus I liked the fact that it was on the boardwalk and was easy to get to. Parking is $12 a day which is higher than a lot of the casinos, but the lot you park in is close to the hotel and you don’t have the hassle of being in a large garage.
Check in was easy. Our guest agent was not very welcoming, did not smile and was not very helpful in answering our questions. I tried to call the front desk a few times and no one ever picked up the phone.
The room in the bourbon tower I had was very clean and spacious. The bed and fuenite looked new and the bathroom was quite large. I loved the two sinks and how big the room was too. The view of the pier and boardwalk is amazing! The bed was comfy and the hotel is very quiet so you can really relax. Not a lot of noise of people coming and going since they don’t have a casino.
All in all our stay was nice. My only problem was the front desk staff not answering the phone and the fact that when i checked in no one offered me a luggage cart. I had a few items and it would have helped since the walk is a bit far to the elevators.
