After paying almost $700 for a weekend, we were greeted with extra charges that weren’t disclosed on our receipt before we arrived. After deciding to just pay the extra and move on, we walked into a room with no lights and stained sheets and towels. When we called to get the problem addressed, there was no sense of urgency and no action taken until the hotel was called for a FOURTH time the day after. The buffet and pool were the only good parts of the experience. The hotel and hotel workers are absolutely subpar. Do not spend your money here.
