We walked in at 9:15. All the chairs were up which left us with the option of two tables to choose from all the other tables were taken by two groups of "kids" who had their garbage all over the open tables. the girl said she put the chairs up because she had to do it all by herself . we squeezed into the tables between the two large groups of kids because there was no where else to sit. There were only 2 packs of ketchup, total, available. The staff did not want to refill we had to take napkins off an empty tray. There were none available. Food tasted good, but it was uncomfortable eating when 3/4 of the dining room was closed an hour before closing. Parki nv in the new location is horrible, St.rose and Paseo Verde . With 10 people behind the counter , yes I counted, you can't tell me they couldn't close the dining room at the appropriate time. Oh, just saw the manager. Walked around, talked to the 10 people working behind the counter. Horrible customer service. I suggest you invest more time into training. What a disaster.
