Came for dinner on a weekday.
The pork belly is fantastic, although I think it might be hard to screw that up, we also started with the crab salad and some complimentary bread that they brought out for us. We a handful of waiters, all for specific purposes, one specifically for refilling water (sparkling is blue bottle and red is still), one for the wine, and at least a couple that tended to the food aspect.
We ordered spinach, potato puree, Mac and cheese, mushrooms, peppercorn sauce and truffle fries as sides. The Mac and cheese came with peas, which was a little unexpected. The truffle fries were a tad oily, but incredibly crispy - just how I like them. The mushrooms had a bit of a kick, they were salty and almost tasted like they had a slightly Asian flavor. I was surprised at how small the sides were, if I had known I would have ordered double, or more.
I had 4 ounces of the triple seared Japanese A5 Waygu. The first few bites were delicious but I noticed towards the end that the dish was incredibly salty. Regardless, it was still good. I probably wouldn't go back anytime soon just because Vegas has so many steakhouses I still want to try - and I'll probably do that before I start returning to ones I've already been to.
