Terrible terrible customer service. Adam Melendez (Front Services Manager) called me to the front to deal with a mechanical issue with my rental car. My friends went on inside to eat since we have the Penn & Teller show coming up in 2 hours. The restaurant staff refused me entry to just sit with my friends. They told me I had to pay. Ok. Sure, let’s pay. Nope, back of the line. Wonderful.
Adam was great in assisting with the rental car. All the rest of the interactions with the hotel staff have been great. Rio seems like a great casino-resort. Carnival World Buffet is terrible and not understanding toward issues beyond a guests control.
