As a vegan, the options are extremely limited. There is a vegetable paella dish which sounded intriguing, until I asked the important question, which is about how the rice is prepared. Naturally, chicken broth. It would have been nice for the server to volunteer that information when I asked if the dish was vegan. Pineapple guacamole with plantain chips was nice, but hardly constitutes a dinner.
