We stayed there for four days three nights. First of all they didn’t give us the room we paid for they gave us a queen bedroom even though it was five of us and we paid for a two bed bedroom. The next morning they offered free breakfast which was wonderful except I had a tiny insect crawling on my plate, we leave the hotel to explore California and when we come back to the room IT WASN’T CLEAN! We left all day and the room still wasn’t clean SERIOUSLY!! That same night my mom demanded we get our original room in which they still didn’t have ready so they ended up giving us someone else’s room like really? We left again the next morning only for our room to not be clean once again when we come back. We had just got done doing the Bay-to-Breaker and wanted to get cleaned up but NO new towels NO new wash rags. All I’m saying is if your looking for a hotel in California to stay at CROWNE PLAZA IS NOT THE PLACE! Terrible service. Their communication to one another is very foreign. You’d be better off going to a motel.
