Overall experience was okay. Their customer service seems to have declined especially the Guest Hostess located in the Emerald Club. She was the female sitting at the desk immediately to the right as you walk in. We were trying to get the 2nd comp night that was offered to us but were told we hadn't played enough even saying out loud the number of points we had accumulated while there other players in the area. We were VERY EMBARRASSED to say the least. We pride ourselves on our loyalty but the way we feel right now, the Orleans has lost our business. Sincerely, Normand and Sarah Robert.
