I was very disappointed in my experience at the casino. I receive coupons regularly in the mail for the casino, but I forgot them today. When i went in i had to get a new card as mine had expired. After I was given a new card i asked if I had any offers and she told me to ask the other woman. When I asked the other woman she pouted really hard and rolled her eyes at me and told me to go check a kiosk. I looked in the casino and the line was all the way across the casino. I said that all i wanted to do was have you check since I was standing there. She rudely took my card and checked telling me no. I went into yhe casino and played some slot for a while and then went to the blackjack tables and played. When i wanted to stop and get something to eat i asked the floor if i could get comped a meal they said they could and that they would have a 10 dollar credit waiting for me at the restaurant. I went and ate and when I was finished eating and went up to pay, I told them that the floor had a comp for 10 dollars. They said that I didn't have one and so I went ahead and paid for my meal. The cashier told me to talk to the woman at the front desk about it. When I went back to talk to the woman she was just as rude as the first time. Never did get my money back and if that is the kind of customer service that they are going to have I will never be back. I've enjoyed coming here for years and this is the first time in a while that I've been able to come up here. If they want to run off their customers then so be it.
