We stayed in the campground. Sites are small and crowded. That is stuff you deal with at many places. We were given slips for our boats that were double booked and the marina manager had just left every time we tried to speak with him. The casino manager stepped in and went above and beyond to help us out. We heard staff walk by the front desk and say turning off my radio I can't deal with this anymore. Jesse did an awsome job helping and she should not have had to deal with marina issues. Jeremy was also very helpful. Fine tuning and customer service training would make this place a 5 star resort hands down.
