It's important to separate staff rating from facility ratings. I give the staff 5 Stars, the care and upkeep 2 Stars. I know many visitors won't spend much time in their rooms in Vegas. Even so, when the hotel gets a report that the room air-condition doesn't get the room cool enough or that a socket on the desk is too loose to make contact to charge a laptop & the staff ask if do not disturb is posted... No. I don't expect to have to make 2 more calls over 2 days & stop at the front desk before anything is addressed.
Friendly & helpful staff. Attention to detail & room management between poor to fair.
