This is an overall decent place to go. They have a colorful atmosphere and a wide assortment of slot machines for it being a smaller Casino. The security staff and the dealers are all very pleasant and personable. They have a fantastic gift shop. And the food I've had so far is delicious. The one thing that I will say that takes away from the experience here is all of their little rules. For example, I asked the girl behind the coat check counter if I could check my umbrella so I didn't have to carry it around with me all night and she told me no we can only check coats. Now that's a small thing. Maybe it's nothing to complain about but it's a coat check.... umbrellas should fall under the category of a coat related item. I don't think it would be difficult to check an umbrella. I don't think it would put them out anything at all. However being able to check my umbrella does enhance my experience because I don't have to carry it around with me.l also wouldn't have to leave it in the car and get soaking wet from the back 40 of the parking lot to the entrance when it's down pouring. Things like asking a staff member to swipe my card and tell me what I have for comp points and being told they're not allowed to do that. They are not allowed tell me the balance of my comps account. Also receiving a free night hotel stay and being charged a deposit that cannot be paid with cash and must be with a credit or debit card or prepaid card. And a very ridiculously high $55 non-refundable pet fee! Their rooms neat and tidy but the one I stayed in was small and I would consider it an average. It really wasn't anything to write home about or to charge $55 or a non-refundable pet fee. Finally, I just don't seem to win very often at this casino. I understand it's a casino and that's what they're in business for but you can only give up your money for so long with nothing in return for so long before that becomes no fun at all. Well I've never met I can see no host I will go out on a limb and say she's attentive regardless as I recieved and offers frequent email reminders and offers from her.
