When we first arrived we got served quickly and received our appetizer. Unfortunately, it took about 40 minutes to receive our entree. The cook who brought out our food was incredibly rude and had no customer service skills. Our server left to go do room service for the hotel while we waited an hour for a refill on our water. When we tried to ask about our food or refills, we were blatantly ignored. This was a joke. I had to wait extra for my food because of the broccoli and it tasted like the steam in the bag stuff you get at the grocery store. It took even longer to get the bill, which they didn't even ask how we were going to split the bill. It took another half an hour to close out. This was a joke. I'm sorry we didn't go to Wendys. I thought this was a nice restaurant. Visiting from Florida, this was incredibly disappointing. Were we being punk'd?
