Hollywood Casino - Charles Town

Not a safe place. There was a loud drunk on the apron and no security to be found. My husband tried to get the drunk guy to back off as both adults and their families could not enjoy their evening out. We walked the inside betting areas, we walked the Casino looking for a security officer anywhere to address the situation and none were to be found. We walked all the way to the back of the Casino and located the security office. A very nice officer took our report. He then called his supervisor, young man who could have cared less. Dissapointing. We wanted to love the place ....it was our first experience and we brought company. Unsafe place and they do not care.
