Until today, I have had positive things to say about this place. Today my daughter, whom is in a wheelchair and drives a handicap van with a ramp, went to go to lunch here. The one handicapped spot with extra space for a ramp was taken by a very large truck with no plates or tag, that was also taking up a portion of another spot. My daughter was going to meet her friends for lunch and she was unable to get out of her car so I called Northside to ask them if they could have the illegally parked customer move their truck, so she could go in. I was told no, that they were too busy to go around asking who might be parked there and ask them to move. While it is not the fault of the restaurant someone illegally took that spot, I am still incredibly disappointed with their unwillingness to help. It showed extremely poor customer service and laziness. I will never take my business back there.
Side note: if the spot had been taken by someone else that needed it, my daughter would have much understanding. And yes, there were a few empty spots open in the parking lot where her ramp would go down, but if someone parked next to her while she was inside she would not be able to get back in her van.
