Came in here while traveling with my mother on vacation and came in looking for an elegant dress to go out in. When purchasing the dress the sales agent when checking out said just bring the dress and proof of sales back within 10 days we can return it. She NEVER said that you couldn’t return it for your money back BUT CAN ONLY RECIEVE STORE CREDIT! We never ended going out to a club and I am currently in the store trying to return this dress and I am disgusted. In tiny tiny print it says on the receipt that says no refunds and in the smallest tiniest sign that no one would ever look at says no refunds. It’s like the are trying scam you because they know you’ll return it due to the cheap make of the clothing. The sales women are rude and stand over you the whole time and watching you and you can literally feel their presence on you. Patrica was literally hovering over my mother and talks to her giving her this attitude saying “well ma’am when you return it you have $132+sales tax so you’ll have to spend $152 and if you go over you’ll have to pay for the rest.” Everyone understands how to return store credit. I ask to speak to manager and OH YEAH THEY DONT HAVE A MANAGER JUST AN OWNER THAT HAS NO PRESENCE IN THE STORE. Kathy was very nice but wow Patrica was so nasty! Beware of places like this because they would go out of business without this. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
