I have been a VIP with 5 Mississippi casinos here. Being a VIP at the Scarlet has been the worst experience of my life. When you try or i at least i try to get something comp after playing BIG and long hours of gambling. They would not comp a 36 dollar room charge for the kids to eat while i was playing Mr. Cashman betting between 2.50 to 5.00 max bet for almost 7 hours of non stop straight gambling at there resort. Been a loyal gambler there for 3 yrs and not stop issues and the director Justin Hill will do nothing to fix stuff and going all the way to the top to the CEO is even a bigger joke that lady looks and speaks to you like you are beneath her and people like me should not even be allowed to speak to her concerning and issues you may have and her own words where my casino host are doing you and your family right my making you pay your 36 room charge cause you playing 2000 dollars of your own money and 7 hours straight gambling and leaving our great casino and resort YOU sir have not earned or deserve for your room charge of 36 dollars to be comped based on what you have put in and played and lost for the Scarlet pearl casino to comp your room charge and you still need to pay for it. But YES the servers,bartenders and security staff are very great people there and they are even ashamed of how the higher people treat there VIP's here at this place. For the rooms are very nice and quite you don't here doors slamming at night when your trying to sleep and the casino gambling area is very pleasant to view and stay and relax to gamble at.
