I went last night with a friend who was here on vacation. She had never tried B&J’s and so we happily decided to walk into the store so she could try her very first famously known ice cream! Well, our happy go lucky mood didn’t last very long, and all thanks to the very VERY rude woman attending us. She seemed Russian or European. The point is I will never go to this place again. I walked out of there appalled! And embarrassed with my friend. I had never encountered such a rude and impatient server in my life! She even slammed the NO TIP option “for my friend” on the screen because she decided she was talking too long to decide what percent tip she’d choose. My friend does not live here, so unfamiliar with that system, was trying to read the options. When the woman suddenly just reached over and slammed on the no tip option! And threw the receipt at her like saying just hurry up and get out! Appalled!! And we didn’t even finish and had to throw out our ice creams as they were terrible. Stay away! A customer deserves better service and a lot more respect.
