Noise complaint for room adjacent to ours. Starting at 12:30AM. It’s not like I was being unreasonable and asking for it to be quiet at 8PM. So I personally knocked twice to see if I could defuse the problem myself. No one answered the door. Called front desk they said they sent security but situation remained unresolved. Called a second time to either have security deal with it or move us. and the front desk said they were full and could not move us. Then the lady proceeded to say the first time security shows up is a warning and second time the guests will be evicted. So security came up a second time and my wife, our friends and myself heard them all laughing having a good time with security. Security left and nothing changed. I went to the front desk at roughly 01:45AM. When I went down there and told the lady what happened and “somehow” they had an open room they could move us to. It’s funny how they were booked up 30 minutes ago. You would think for $300 a night my wife, our guests and myself could get a decent sleep. But no help until I went face to face with the front desk. And all i got was to move rooms at 02AM and I was checking out by 07AM. Do not feel compensated. Very disappointed, do not recommend and will not return.
