, I just wanted to let you know about bad experience. My wife and I where walking by Viva hotel in the Playa Dorada. On our way to lunch. When one of the staff invited us to check out the hotel. He said if we would do it now we could stay for lunch and get a free shirt. Once in they said we would have to sit through a presentation only 60 min. After 2 hours we had to think about it as we normally travail with our kids and wanted to check out the family hotel owed by Viva in Dominican Republic. At this point the sales person said go home and think about it and had us leave the resort with no lunch.   We may have been interested before this point or at least of picked it to stay at in the future. But now feel they did me a service as if they lie about something as small as a meal. What did they lie about in the presentation.
