The guy behind the counter was very rude. Our lane broke down several times and when we pressed the button for help, we got no answer. We went up to the front desk and the guy behind the counter rudely suggested we use the button to call for help. When we informed him we did, his only answer was,"I guess I didn't hear it." We also ordered food, and they got the entire order wrong. To their credit the food was good once it was corrected. There is what appears to be mold around all the vents above the lanes. They were also letting people bowl without shoes, and I don't mean in regular shoes. They weren't wearing shoes at all. There was also a homeless man who was walking around yelling at people and trying to steal bowling bags. I would give them 0 stars if I could, but the 1 star will work because the food was good.
