Wish there was an easier way to board a ship. Too long an entry. When we returned the young man who assisted my husband who was in a wheelchair left me at customs with the passports. I did not know where to go I exited because no one would help me they kept saying keep moving. Instead of go this way to pick up your luggage meanwhile the young man took my husband to the luggage. My husband couldn't get the luggage. I was now outside and they wouldn't let me back in. The young man said well I can't get your luggage. After I exploded on him for rushing away and leaving me. He took my husband back and got someone to help get the luggage. Not a very pleasant return. One young lady was helpful. She listened to me. Let me come back in to assist as needed. Everyone else acted like they didn't care and no one directed me towards the luggage pickup and if there were signs, I was so busy trying to find the man with my husband in a wheelchair that I missed them and no one would help me with that either except this one Caucasian lady. And I was very thankful to her.
