Cliff Castle Casino Hotel

I was excited to take my family (party of three), out to the buffet on Saturday, (02/16) to enjoy some prime rib. We arrived at the buffet and we noticed a good amount of people enjoying, but the buffet wasn’t completely full. Upon trying to get seated, our cashier was extremely nasty with us and I could instantly tell she hated me. She looked at us and put us on the “wait list” and handed us a ‘buzzer’ and threw the clipboard on the desk. After waiting for 20 minutes, we noticed the same waiter was sitting the same size parties and larger parties. She refused to speak to us and continued to ignore us. What an embarrassment, thank you for the ‘pleasuring’ experience Cliff Castle!
