It was clean and the staff was nice, but it was a tremendous maze. I know all casinos are. They don't want you to leave. But this place really took the cake.not only did it take way longer than necessary to find anything, but staff wasn't helpful with directions. They were still nice though!

I loved my room in the Rendezvous Towers. It was considered smoke free. However smoke from the casino and hallways must be passing through the vents! Came home with a "smokers cough that is just clearing up. I do enjoy this hotel though! Gallagher's and Margaritaville are great restaurants! I will be back! May be going for my birthday!

Truly pathetic customer service. Front desk is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. Spent ~45 minutes total trying to get front desk to answer the phone, but the reservations line picked up immediately. Can't get through to any manager, but was hung up on repeatedly. Practically had to dispute the charge to get a receipt. Absolutely no response over the phone. Hotel was decent for the stay but extremely smoky and "ocean view" was VERY loosely interpreted. Poor customer service outweighs any positive aspect of the property. Too many other places on the boardwalk to ever stay here again.

I really like the resorts hotel. This was a standout on my visit to AC. The service and staff was excellent. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the many options you have at this hotel. A very enjoyable visit and will return.

A pretty nice resort hotel. Rooms are spacious and elegant, and the view and location are really good. Staff are helpful and friendly. Bathrooms good too. Non smoking floors/rooms still smelled a bit smokey though.

The rooms are a little pricey but are nice rooms, well kept except for our shower drain being clogged with hair. The attached casino is one of the better ones in Atlantic City offering a variety of table games and slot machines and even a VIP room. There are several eateries spread out through the establishment ranging from fine dining to a quick bite. There is even an entrance to the board walk.

The room here was pretty nice. We went just to see and experience AC and the boardwalk for the weekend. The casino here isn't bad but they do not have a poker room which was kind of a bummer. Plenty of good bars and restaurants here tho. I would definitely stay here again tho

Haven't stayed at resorts in a long time. We usually go to Bally's. Was running late from work for our over night stay so I called them way ahead of time during the day to let them know we were still coming but would be an hour later than normal check in time. They assured me that was fine and they would note the reservation. We got there around 9pm. We had reserved a non smoking king size room. Nothing fancy. They had given our room away because they were full and only had a handicapped room available with 2 queen beds that also reeked of smoke and wasn't as clean as normal. If we wanted to wait for them to clean a king size room they couldn't guarantee how long it would be but said possibly around 2 hours. We just wanted to get settled in after our long drive and get dressed to go out so we couldn't wait the 2 hours for a room we had reserved. I was super disappointed because we like the casino in general, but will most likely never stay the night again here after this experience. The employee checking us in told us they were sold out and this is what happens when you don't check in when you are supposed to and they are sold out for the night... like I said I had called and made sure it was okay HOURS in advance. If I was told I was not going to get the room we reserved I would have canceled my reservation. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because we still do like the gambling floor in general and love the bars and restaurants. The hotel part needs work.

I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was very nice. Very spacious with 2 large closets. Bathroom is a little small, but was very nice looking. The whole room was very clean. The only thing I will point out is that all the electrical outlets were along the baseboards at floor level. Had to get down on my hands and knees to plug my phone charger. The staff were great in helping me with any of my questions.

Alright, let’s do this: I was staying at Resorts for a week while in town on business. Room was clean, and was one of the more comfortable beds I have slept in in a long time. Bathroom was shockingly large, with great hot water pressure in the shower. I was not a fan of the food options in the casino itself, and I would have offered a lower star rating based on this except: The staff were fantastic through and through: check in, changes to my reservation (extending my stay) and the directions and suggestions I asked various employees were spot on. All in all, a great experience!
