Decent Casino, table games, pretty decent Poker Room, however I do not like smoking and there is much more smoking places available than I would have liked inside a casino. There are a few non-smoking tables and areas, but not many. Overall, a decent atmosphere for gambling

Love it here. Games, restaurants, pool (if your a guest) non guest pay $30.00 a person, way to much for a day at a pool. Live entertainment and employees seem to be nice, well, most of them. Will visit again, just hope I'm a bigger winner next time. One flaw, the bed was pretty lumpy, they can really use new mattresses. Loved the soap and hair conditioner too.

The casino itself is great. There is a great variety of slots. The drinks at the bar are yummy just a tad over priced but nothing extreme! The food court had a nice variety. The desert place was sooo magnificent! I will definitely be back!

I've been to several casinos from Nevada to Ohio, Texas, Mississippi etc. The casino is one of the best. It's large and has plenty of tables with all of the standard table games you would expect. As well as an abundance of slot machines. The poker room was AMAZING! There were well over 20 tables filled with people playing games with small to large but ins. The novice poker player as well as the experienced player would have great time in this poker room. They had live music playing that was awesome! The Hare Rock restaurant is located onsite if you get hungry. There is also a cafe that serves coffee and decadent desserts.

Love the Hard Rock- I've been here a few times and always have fun! I knocked a star since I'm filling out my most recent experience which was a radio hosted event. The event itself was wonderful but the organization between both the hotel security and the radio team was pretty frustrating for those who arrived early and then were pushed to the back due to disorganized lines and lack of instructions. The actual hotel is pretty amazing and I especially love the pool. Can't wait for the renovations to end so that the nightlife can return.

Due to construction council oak is in temporary location until 2019 when all the new stuff opens. Same for the concerts. They are in a ballroom calling it an event center. Other than that still a fun place. Pool is very nice. The L bar and Vanessa the bartender is outstanding.

This place is designed for you to stay and not having to leave until checkout. It has a food court, karaoke and lounge bar, river pool, event center, stores, several restaurants, including the Hard Rock Cafe, plenty of parking and, of course, the casino. It is good to meet with friends and have a good time and to see concerts and other events. Not for non-smokers, though, as every corner smells like cigarettes. The memorabilia is everywhere and they have some amazing pieces. Overall, it's a nice place in which to spend a few hours.

I went to kill time at the casino before going to the airport. It is about a 15 minute drive to the airport from there. They have a large, free parking garage for easy parking. The main area was very clean and decorated with a lot of rock memorabilia. The slot selection was kind of a bummer. They are adding another huge hotel on campus designed like a guitar. The plans make it seem like it will be very nice once complete in 2019.

Went to Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to see a concert. The Casino is very spacious with different types of games to play. The valet was speedy and nice. The are that the concert was at was quite a long work from the front entrance but no big deal. The area that the concert was in was nice a cool. We sat on the floor and there wasn't that much room to move. But it was easy getting in and out. Plus the event staff helped a lot. The food court was open late but the food was just ok. Pulled pork was a little dry and the rice was hard but it was also 11:30pm so I figured the food wouldn't be super fresh. All things considered I would return for another concert.

The casino was very nice. Lots of different games from my hometown casino and a pretty cool rock & roll atmosphere. They are currently building a huge hotel in the shape of a guitar which looks awesome. I'll definitely be back.

Massive casino! They're currently building a giant guitar shaped building and I'm assuming it'll be a hotel. Got $50 for being a new member to their rewards system which is pretty cool. Played some table games and just enjoyed myself. The staff was super friendly as well

Hard Rock Casino is a very nice place to gamble. Good environment, very neat, amicable service, abundance of slots and game tables. I like it, it has nice window displays. Parking is a bit heavy though. Can't wait to see the finished product of the new guitar like hotel, it's already looking fabulous and I'm sure that's only tje outside structure.

Just went to the casino section. Got the card. They give you $50 to gamble with but you have to match it with your own $50 in vouchers. Then, if you come back after 3 days, they give you another $50 in vouchers. You have to use the vouchers to gamble on BlackJack, Baccarat, or another game (can't remember). Damn good deal. My mother had a good time on the slots. I noticed if you play big, you win big. Best parking on the top floor.

My first time experience was a wonderful one. The rooms were clean, the bed was so comfortable, staff was friendly, Dinner out by the pool was great our server was so nice and helpful with suggestions. The only thing I did not like is having to walk thru the lobby and they allow smoking.

Really nice stay. The rooms were spacious and the pool was heated. Hard Rock has something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Blue Plate restaurant is 24hrs. Can't wait for the new tower to open.

Average casino. My 1st time there. I'm an avid casino patron. Hard Rock could use a little help with direction from the parking area to the casino. Food choices are limited. The host was very friendly and accommodating, but what host isn't on your first visit.

I ate at the Hard Rock Cafe with my husband who is a very picky eater. It was great! Besides the waitress being slow and disappearing for 20 minutes at a time everyone was nice, the food was good and a band played live there. The band was also great! I loved my experience and will definitely go again. My husband had the ribs and I had the pasta and we agreed everything was very tasty!! The left overs were still really good the next day too! I recommend this for sure.

We recently visited the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The outside seems like one big construction project but the inside is showing signs of progress. I really like the adoption of "No Smoking" except in designated areas. The air filtration system seems to need more work but the smokey environment is a lot better than it used to be. My husband visited the poker room and was quite impressed with the variety of games available and the upcoming tournament play schedule. I look forward to seeing the Hard Rock get better and better.

I didn't have any issues with security, but unless the casino security personnel are fully deputized, you can walk out to your car irregardless of what they tell you or ask of you. Even if they are deputized (probably not), they can be charged with false imprisonment or kidnapping depending on how they attempt to hold you there. If they touch you, it's assault. They can only ask for ID if you are entering the Casino for age verification. They can ask for ID on the way out, but you can tell them "no" unless they are fully deputized law enforcement AND if they have suspected you have committed a crime (Stop and Identify Statute). Then they have to tell you the crime you have committed or let you go. If they continue to detain you without stating the crime, it's kidnapping. If they're not deputized, they are no different than you or I asking someone to do something. They have no authority over you. Know the law and keep those cell phones rolling! Had a good time at the casino :)

Poolside service was very quick and polite. Water was perfect temperature. All amenities including spa and slide were open and available to use. Great experience all around.

It was my first time ever going to the Hardrock Casino and it will be my last. I was with small group people and it was all of our first time attending this particular casino. The service was subpar compared to other casinos that I have visited and enjoyed but all we had a good time because of the party we were with. The problem came when we're leaving to go back to our cars we noticed barricades that were not there before and we were told by a security staff members that we had to get in line. There were two security guards randomly checking ID's and when I say randomly only asking to se the males ID's but ushering the women through. I was the second in line of my party of people and when it became my turn I asked the security guard what is the reason for the security check point while taking out my wallet, he replied in a abrupt and hostel tone "ID" as I began to open my wallet I asked him why are you needing to see my ID; he replied take your ID out of your wallet. I then replied to him are you going to answer my question and he called for another security personnel to come over. Who then stated the reason I was called over is because you refuse to show him your ID, I advised him that i only asked a question as to why is it that you need to see my ID and he refused to answer my question. Then he advised me that they ask to see ID of anyone that looks under the age of 30 after 10' o'clock in order to gain access to the clubs. I thought that reason was a crock of crap; but at least he is trying to offer some excuse. And while he was trying to explain the reason the original security guard was still interrupting and being flippant to the point the guy had told him to shut up because the way he was acting towards me was not warranted. I advised him that we are not going to any clubs, we are only trying to get back to our cars and was told to stand in line. He then advised us how to get to our cars so we don't have to go through the barricade. After spending the amount of money in that casino that I spent alone in that one night you would think that they would have hired and train staff that do not lack communication skills and who are customer service oriented. And for that reason alone I will never and I do mean never spend my money there again. Because that one incident ruined the entire night for everyone. And in my professional opinion that staff person really seemed unstable emotionally and lacks the necessary tools to be effective in that position.

Will Never go here again!!! Frank the manager at customer service for new customers is the rudest bastard you ever come across! They trick you into stealing your money Anne Frank is the main person behind the scheme! He should be fired! Immediately! I will be contacting corporate!

Had a professional work event here. The ballrooms are fantastic and so was the staff at the hotel. I stayed the night in one of their rooms and was upgraded to a pool view at no extra charge. The room was spacious and clean once I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
