Since it has changed hands, Elements has seen considerable improvements. One of the most recent changes cut the high stakes room down, and eliminated one of my favourite games. Ive also found payouts to take longer, drink carts come by less, and my personal frequency of big wins has seemed to decrease.

Nice place and very clean. Bit a drive from toronto but nice getaway. Slots games r decent and you can make some money here if you choose right game. Newly added table games looks very cheap ...chairs are very cheap. I don't feel like playing any table games at all. Not welcoming feeling.

Braved harsh winter conditions to attend company Christmas party expecting an entertaining evening. After dinner we decided to hit the slots where my friends and I were asked to leave when security approached us asking questions while attempting to order a drink at the bar. confused and embarrassed we GLADLY left!! This place definitely does not "deal excitement"!

It's a friendly place. Nice time to enjoy and probably make some money too
But casino is not meant to earn your income there. It's to have some fun and you must be prepared to lose some money and maybe make mo e too. So play reasonably and responsibly.
The staff are really nice. Very approachable except the outdoor parking security they are tough. You get lots of parking spaces.
But due to the distance between the casino building and parking when it's full, I suggest if they can build during winter a covered passage connects the parking lot to the casino for those elderly people or disability. That will be great.
It's really nice to receive gifts from time to time. They are sending free gift vouchers and due to Canada post strike I missed lots of these coupon. Why don't they send the coupon in the email instead. It saves them money too.
The gift or free play vouchers or even extra ballots spins tickets are scattered and you must come to casino in almost every day to take advantage of all offers and gifts.
I know the reason the casino wants to come often which is logic. But it's hard for everyone to come on almost daily basis especially those who lives far. Maybe if they combined offers in 3 days per week it will be great and helpful for many.

Went on Saturday arrived at 5ish. Nowhere to park and wondered what was going on. Once inside there was a huge lineup at the counter. Proceeded to the casino and was horrified at the number of people in there. You could not move. There was this huge line that continued around the entire casino. Found out the line was to get a comforter for free. You couldn't find a machine to.play, people were rude if you cut in between the line. I enjoying going to casino occasionally, but from what I understand this will be an ongoing thing every Friday/Saturday. Absolutely I will NOT be putting myself in that situation again. It was a huge night ruined. You would never catch me standing in a line like that for hours to get a free blanket. All you are attracting are people looking for handouts I get why you do it. They come to get a cheap $25 gift and you hope they drop money in the machines. Even if they lose $100, walk away with a gift...you are up $75. People will eventually get tired of the lines and not come...I'm tired of the lines and I don't even stand in it. Not liking the changes of Elements...get rid of the gift idea! You have ruin going to the casino for me. Wish I could give you a zero rating.

Hands down the best and nicest Standardbred track in Ontario and likely Canada. Can't beat this place, track is great and you have an amazing view of the action. Prices are higher for things like beer and food but hey that is what it is!
Haven't been to the slots but the horse races are a great time.
Love going here to watch the races.

Players leave their slot machine for a bit and when you sit at that machine, they come back and say that's the machine they're playing and you have to go? What a weird casino. Once you step away from the machine, that should be it for you and next players should be able to use it. I also see a lot of players playing two machines simultaneously, and that's a problem when the casino is busy, many people can't play because of this and this should not be allowed in my opinion. The casino is also small and crowded, I don't think I'll be going back.

My personal favorite of the casino-racetracks in the Hamilton-Milton-Guelph area. Nice restaurant with good variety.

I like this place.
They are in the smaller side, but, the bigger locations overwhelm me, so I like it here. I've been a few times now.
Lots of parking.
They also have horses.
