Customer service left much to be desired. We stood at the desk for 25 minutes before someone finally came to the desk. We had staff members page for help, and all they would do was call the front desk where they were not at. Finally, a manager came by, and still did not help us, but at least did a man hunt for the front desk guy. Then they didn't want to give us the room because we didn't have the physical card (someone reserved the room for us) but finally, after much heated discussing we were finally able to get to our room. But the accommodations were great! The room was clean and comfortable.
