This was my worst hotel experience ever. After finding bugs in the room and dealing with rude staff who told me to grab my own needs when I needed some items refilled in the room (and who didn't even greet me with anything but a smug expression during checkin) this hotel not only disappointed my needs as a customer but more so as a hilton honors member that I will be changing from now on.
Along with the issues that i had I was surprised to find even the amenities were not expected as advertised online:
For example-receiving a small room with cleanliness issues plus the night club being closed by 11pm and having maybe two people in it throughout the weekend.
If you enjoy having to deal with intoxicated individuals roaming the hotel, rude staff not willing to make your stay pleasant, and overpriced rooms please have at this place.

After speaking with the general manger
(Mike Watkins) of this facility I respected his apology and his willingness to make things right from this unfortunate experience. With that I have added another star for his personal outreach.
