We booked a room at the last minute almost 11pm. And was upgraded to a sunrise morning view with Jacuzzi tub and two queen beds . From a king bed and walk in shower. Mississippi has incredible customer service .

The place smells very smoky and the majority of the guest are older. We went on a Saturday evening, so I thought it would be a little more exciting. They were having a slot tournament, so it was kind if busy, but this was not the scene for a young couple. This would be a place I would bring my mom.

My family and I had a really nice visit to the Golden Nugget. I hadn't been to Biloxi since the casinos were on barges. WOW what a dramatic change for the better. Very Vegas style casino with a hotel. I would definitely come back and stay here a few days! I love the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas and have stayed there a few times. This location met and exceeded that. Very impressed!!

We came and spent 3 days. Some servers nice some not. We checked out to leave this morning and our truck was stolen from the parking garage. This place was no help. They would not even comp us breakfast while waiting to see if we could get a way home. Sad actually. .....is give them 0 stars if it were possible.

Very very nice casino! They are in a very large, bright and colorful, and attractive building that has a huge parking deck with a very beautiful view of the ocean and marina below. The casino has several very nice bars with any drink you can imagine. The casino has some very nice poker tables and lots and lots of different kinds of machines. Every thing from poker machines, to slots, to dog racing. The pool is very bright colorful attractive and inviting. They have a Starbucks located conveniently on the main floor and a couple gift shops and restaurants. Your odds of winning seem good here compared to other casinos I've been too. We really enjoyed this casino and are so glad this is the one we stopped at. Will defiantly con a back in the future, and will HIGHLY recommend to everyone.

We stayed two nights here when hurricane Michael changed our plans for Panama City Beach. Definitely not worth the money we spent. We decided on here because Margaritaville was booked and our son really wanted to go to the beach for his birthday. We thought having all the restaurants in the hotel would help cut down on having to go anywhere else since it was a short stay. The room was dirty. Stains on the sheets and they had outdated lamp shades on the lamps. The lamp shades were also stained. The beds were hard. We reserved two rooms. The other room we got housekeeping came in and exchanged the towels in but didn’t empty the trash or take any of the room service dish. They didn’t make the beds either. The showers were terrible and small and it was difficult to access the on/off. Most of the staff was nice enough unless your kids got too close to the casino games as we were walking through to get where we were going, then they hassled us asking us where we were going. The pool was nice and was were we spent most of our time. Big disappointment. Had we been able to find somewhere else we would have went there instead.

We pulled up to check in for the hotel. Other cars pulled in behind us so I moved up to make room. Apparently I infringed on the valet parking turf, nothing marked, but as soon as I got out of the car and attendant comes running over screaming that valet parking is closed. I replied that was fine as I didn't want valet parking, I just want to check-in at the hotel. As I continued towards the door, the attendant fetches his boss who then proceeds to get in my face. I told him the same thing and his only response was for me to drive to the parking garage and hike back. At this time, the other vehicles I had moved for were unloading by the front door. I pointed to them and said that's what I wanted to do. Instead of explaining that I had somehow crossed an invisible line when I pulled up, he kept pointing to the garage. I ignored him and went inside to check in, all the while with him yelling at me to give him my keys, (I thought valet was closed), and threatening to call security. I hurriedly checked in and returned to the car. The jerk attendant was no where to be seen. We parked in the garage and had to drag our luggage through the entire length of the casino to reach the hotel! This facility is poorly laid out. Once inside, you have to navigate through the casino, up an escalator, and down a hall to reach check-in. From there it's a hike down another hall to the elevators. The hotel needs a separate entrance and parking.

Added a huge extension last year. Poker room upstairs with slots, dining, and shops. Downstairs has two HUGE gaming areas with slots and tables. Pool is BY FAR the best of the casinos. Has a swim up bar in the pool, cabanas, lounge chairs- super great atmosphere especially at night. Good luck and have a blast!!!

Friendly and upbeat casino. Very clean and well maintained. Rooms are in immaculate condition with a lovely view from the balcony. Buffet lunch was very good. I really enjoy this casino but don't understand why they don't offer wheelchairs to their guests. All the other casino have them available.

The smoke-free sports bar is wonderful. The Sports book people are helpful and friendly. Great food and cocktails, as well as excellent service. The casinos are ridiculously smoky and smell foul. The rooms are nicely done (we were in a premium or deluxe king), but beware if you check in early. There is a $15 early checking fee. The smoke free rooms still have a slight odor too.

We recently stayed at this location and was very pleased. The staff was great and check in was quick and simple. Meeche was the lady that checked us in and she was the best! Started our visit out right. Very helpful and offered us to come back with any questions any time. We had room 961 it was a jet tub suite and it was large, clean and very modern. We enjoyed the large flat screen at the end of the day to relax. The property overall is very clean and would recommend

Impressive casino property on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Our room was not ready at check-in, but they quickly found and upgraded room at no additional charge. Morton's was a wonderful experience. Breakfast buffet was affordable, but could use more options. Definitely will return to the property.

The crab was some of the best I've had that night, our waitress was amazing. Always enjoy their buffet. Going to have to downgrade my review since they changed their buffet policy. Now you have to pay extra for the crab and you get it at once instead of when you want. This means instead of getting a couple pieces at a time and eating it hot, you get a bucket that gets cold and nasty before you finish. Haven't gone back.

Everyone was courteous and friendly from the valet, bellman, front desk clerks to security. The hotel is well lit and easy to locate. I love this hotel and all its amenities! Even though the hotel looked full to capacity, there was minimum wait for service when I needed extra towels. The bed was comfortable but the pillows too soft and worn (definitely needs replacing). Also love the children-friendly pool.

It's a nice casino and motel. But if you are going to gamble, it's probably better to take your money elsewhere. Playing .25, .30, .40, & .50 at a time, I'm usually able to burn through $60 to $100 in no time at all. THE MACHINES DO NOT PAY OUT! It happens frequently, and I have realized that it it better to play elsewhere where at least I get a little playback. Losing is part of the game. But at least in other places I can play for a couple hours and hit more than $2.20 in a slot machine.

Very nice, but missed the mark for great. I was here for a convention so I got to experience a lot the hotel. Hotel room is good. The convention rooms are very nice and the staff was great for us. I found the casino to be on par with most other casinos of this tier. Just skip the buffet and definitely don't get crab legs. If you read the Google break down it sums it up well. But for those that want more details. The hotel room size, design and views are great, but the maintenance hurts the hotel a lot. The showers are as predictable as the roulette wheels downstairs - cold, hot, hot, cold, hot, goodbye skin. Also I found the shower incredibly uncomfortable, meaning it's design was difficult to get started and even actually washing up. While casinos go pretty straight forward, the Golden Nugget was very clean with good dealers. Again they miss the mark with barley any drinks coming to players.

I was surprised how clean and nice the casino was inside. The room was also very nice and had modern conveniences like an iPhone alarm clock that you can plug into and it charges the phone and sets the time and read your alarms from your phone and then you could actually unplug the phone and the clock was still on the right time with you are alarms. I enjoyed that I had a balcony View over the water looking at Deer Island. The staff for any hotel casino employees that I met with or very accommodating and polite and always smiled. So that was nice. No complaints

Great place. Rooms clean and comfortable. Everything eaten at restaurants has been good. The portions are xlarge at restaurant. Some can be split between two people, and still have some left. Have coffee pot in rooms. Only complaint is that I wish they had mini refrigerator in rooms for leftovers and drinks.

Golden Nugget was an awesome Hotel/Casino to stay at with a wonderful bar and pool area, great restaurants, and an excellent staff. I'm knocking off a star because they took the "overpriced" aspect of hotel convenience to a whole new level. Room price was excellent, but I believe the downstairs convenience store 20 oz drinks ran $3.99 each? It may as well be an airport at those rates. Pro tip: Drink water or bring your own sodas with you.

We stayed in a room with a 2 queen beds with a terrace. This particular room design was attractive but the bathroom space was not functional. There was not enough counter space. There was no full length mirror, no mini fridge & even though the bottled water was free none was provided. It's not the Casinos fault but Mississippi tap water tastes like fish, It's awful. However if you needed anything the staff was accommodating upon request. The satellite TV had minimal channels but did have many children networks. The beds were clean but very uncomfortable. When I tucked the sheets between the mattress & box spring; I could feel the springs poking through. They only had 3 pillows on each bed so if you live close bring a couple of your own. There were only 4 electric outlets & only 2 worked properly. There was no cell phone charging station. So you were constantly playing musical plugs. The in room coffee maker was nice but if you like your coffee light your constantly scrounging for creamers. We enjoy the buffet especially the snow crab night. MP's 24 hour cafe grill had delicious food. The black & blue steak salad was so good I had it 2 nights in a row. The greens were fresh & the steak was marinated & cooked to perfection. My traveling companion raved about the Cajun Roast Beef PO Boy as well. The pool & hot tub was clean & relaxing. I had my hair washed & trimmed at the spa; it came out soft & silky & the products left my hair smelling great and shining like never before. It was very relaxing & Meghan did a great job. Overall we had a great time but the sleeping arrangements need a renovation

First I want to say my wife and I had a great time at the casino. But the hotel was a different story. When we got there we found pubic hair on the toilet seat. We also found hair in the tub on the walls. There's also a bunch of hair and dirt on the floor in the corners of the bathroom and I also wrote my name in the dust on the shelves in the bathroom. I talk to management and have not heard back. We stayed January 31 and the 1st of February. I notified them first day. I got an apology and they offered me a breakfast buffet. I told him I would come back and see. When I came back the manager wasn't there and I asked for a lunch buffet they told me they could not approve that because the supervisor was not there. My wife and I are very disappointed we flew down from Minnesota. For a week-long vacation and decided to stay at the Golden Nugget for 2 days. Great view great Casino horrible cleaning service. Like I said quite a bit of hair little too gross for me. Thanks Casino management for NOT getting back with me. It shows me how much you care. I don't like asking for much but when I pay some decent money. There's a standard I expect. And the bathroom is a huge deal for me. Just gross.

Awesome Brunch on Saturday and Sunday
They have a good selection of food, along with an egg station and then later a pasta station where they can custom cook for you. Also unlimited mimosas and bloody mary drinks. Great value!
