URComped is a platform that helps players like you get the best possible offers from various casinos and cruise lines. To unlock new comp offers, players simply need to:
URComped welcomes players of all levels to sign up, but those who qualify for the most offers typically have elevated tier status in one or more casino loyalty programs and meet at least one of the following criteria:
1. Receive offers from land-based casinos with complimentary room nights and free play of at least $100
2. Have received complimentary cruise certificates from a cruise line or land-based casino certificate event, or
3. Have a casino host assigned to them at one or more properties.
However, members who do not meet these criteria can still receive "Flash COMP" offers and exclusive casino rate discounts at URComped's casino and cruise partners.
OpenURComped has a strong relationship with our casino partners and cruise lines. We continually negotiate the best exclusive offers for our members, making it easy for players to access them. This way our hosts can leverage your play history and current offers at land-based casinos or cruise lines to access these new comps.
OpenWhen a player signs up for URComped you are immediately assigned a host, but you usually don't interact with your host until you request a trip. Players can view their individual host under "My Profile" and "Meet My Host."
You can view who your host is under My Profile> Meet My Host
Once a player requests or claims an offer it will go to their host, who will reach out to the player to get the necessary information to book the trip. If you have a question now, however, you can reply to any of the weekly emails from URComped and your reply will be automatically sent to your host. You can also text your host at 972-788-1785 or email at host@ib.urcomped.com.
OpenURComped can book new players or players who do not receive offers and cannot prove their player status from casinos at a discounted rate known as a casino rate. This rate is available for certain group events or meetup cruises and can help players needing to establish their play and prove themselves. While this offer is not available on every cruise, it is offered on occasion for larger meetups, events, or specific offers. Alternatively, having a host or a win/loss statement from a casino may also help players receive offers from casinos.

To start unlocking comp offers through URComped, you should upload pictures of your currently valid casino offers or let your URComped host know if you have a casino host who can vouch for you. To submit, you can text 972-788-1785 a picture of your offer or email it to offers@urcomped.com from the email address you registered with. URComped is looking forward to helping you get the best possible offers!!
We verify players level through a short survey during signup about where you play, and through the offers uploaded by you from your current casinos. We then present this information (anonymously) to our casino partners when you are ready to take a trip
Yes, all personal information and trip details are encrypted and secured. We do not share your personal information with a casino until you decide to take a trip to that property or cruise line. You can check out our privacy policy here.
The Direct Connect offers and Direct Connect trip requests allow players to directly connect with casino hosts at specific casinos. However, keep in mind that you will not be working with your usual URComped Executive Host, so your experience may depend on the property you’re connecting with.

URComped has contracts with our cruise line partners in order to help bring them NEW players. A new player is somebody that has never been on a specific cruise line, or at least never gambled on that cruise line before. An inactive player is someone who has sailed on a specific cruise line but has not sailed with them in a certain period of time (typically 12-24 months).
New players or Inactive players can both be introduced or reintroduced to a cruise line through URComped. (Once they have booked a cruise through URComped, that player will always be coded to URComped when booking with that cruise line, even if they book directly through the cruise line and not URComped.)
An Active player or House Customer is somebody that HAS sailed on a cruise line in the last 12 months (period of time depends on the cruise line). URComped can NOT book an Active Player or House Customer, because that player is not NEW to our Cruise line partner. The Cruise line already has a relationship with that player (House Customer).
Players that are Active / House Customers will have to keep booking direct, until the 12-month window expires (period of time depends on the cruise line). So “active” really refers to the booking channel. As long as we introduce you, or reintroduce you after a period of time, we can keep booking you with that cruise line. BUT If you want to try out a new cruise line, we have many options for you, that we can get you on!
A bankroll is a planned gambling budget or the amount a player typically spends in the casino during their trip, which is required by URComped's cruise line and casino partners to determine what kind of comp can be approved.
The bankroll listed in a user's account is for the length of the trip they are planning or requesting, and it is important to state it as accurately as possible. The bankroll amount, along with uploaded offers, is reviewed by the casino partners to determine the level of player they are getting, and it is important to be as transparent as possible to set the correct expectations.
If your bankroll fluctuates, it is important to inform your host to ensure you are getting the best deal possible!
OpenURComped Relay is a service that maintains the privacy of your email address while ensuring that you receive every offer and correspondence from URComped’s cruise and casino partners. URComped provides a unique anonymous email address to partners that automatically forwards all emails and offers
At any time, you may change your email address registered with the cruise or casino partner by contacting the partner directly.
An added benefit of URComped Relay is that it makes it easier than ever to book your offers. You may reply to any URComped Relay email to send a message directly to your URComped host and begin the booking process.
OpenTwo of the most common metrics casinos use to generate offers are ADT, which stands for Average Daily Theoretical, and ATT, which is Average Trip Theoretical. "Theoretical" is an equation used by casinos to determine the value that a player has in the casino. It essentially means what the casino should have theoretically won based on how much a player has gambled. The equation is average bet Xs the house advantage of the specific casino game being player Xs the time played or hands dealt.
So players may win big or lose big but that will not affect their Theoretical value.
Average Daily Theoretical or ADT is the average theoretical per day generated by a player. This is a number that casinos use to value your daily play and most of your land-based offers from casinos are based on that.
Average Trip Theoretical or ATT is the average theoretical per trip generated by a player. This is a number that casinos use to value your total trip play and most of your cruise casino offers are based on that.
But what if I go to the casino and lose $10K in 1 hour, so my theoretical is low because my time played was low? The casinos will sometimes use "actual" value instead of "theoretical" for offers in this situation. Those metrics are ADA (Average Daily Actual) and ADW (Average Daily Worth) or ATA (Average Trip Actual) or ATW (Average Trip Worth). "Actual" is the value of what the casino actually won from the player, or a player's actual loss. No worries! URComped also looks at your Actual Loss or “actual” for offers as well.
OpenMeetups are a great way to take your casino experience to a whole new level! Each Meetup cruise or casino event is hosted by a member of the URComped team. You'll enjoy a welcome reception on the first evening of your trip where you'll get to meet your URComped host and other URComped members for cocktail drinks and light refreshments.
One of the perks of booking a Meetup event is that during the welcome reception, you'll receive special URComped swag that is only given out at Meetup events!
Additionally, you'll also be invited to attend special casino events and promotions throughout your trip created specifically for your Meetup group. This may include tournaments, hot seats, or slot pulls!
Some Meetup events may also feature an optional group excursion or outing depending on the interest of the group. This is a great way to get to know your fellow URComped members outside of the casino and to make lifelong friends in the process!
Wrap up the end of your trip with a farewell party with your new friends and go home with a treasure trove of memories and your lucky URComped swag!
Take a look at our upcoming meetups!
OpenNo! This is optional. URComped does not require you to link accounts between guests. After your first trip, you will have the opportunity to link your account with your guest. You should link your account only with someone who travels with you all the time. If you do want to link accounts, please let your URComped host know and all your offers going forward will be based on your combined play!
OpenPlay-To-Qualify is a type of offer that casinos can make to players. These offers are SUPER discounted hotel rates (cheaper than Expedia!) and include a target play threshold that allows players to have their trips comped. If a player hits the threshold the cost of the trip is refunded at checkout. If the threshold is not met, the player still gets an amazing deal on the hotel room! Play to Qualify offers are a perfect way for new players to establish their value and earn even BETTER comps on future trips at any of our partner casinos.
If you are an active player at a particular property - meaning you have played at that casino in the last 12 months - then the casino already knows how much you play and what they want to offer you.
Once you’ve completed your profile and uploaded pictures of your current offers, our verification will approve those within 1-2 business days. Then, when logged in at URComped.com, you will see the new offers based on the information you submitted and the offers you uploaded.
Your current offers are always available under My Offers

The Comp Calculator is a tool that can help you estimate your comps based on the games you play. By using this tool, you can get an idea of the offers you would qualify for after completing your player profile.
OpenWhether or not you need to upload new offers depends on various factors. If you have sailed with URComped recently, you do not need to upload new offers. However, it may be beneficial to upload new offers if it has been a while since you’ve sailed with us and the cruise line or casino needs newer/more recent play data. If you have recently sailed with URComped your offers going forward will be based on your play with us, and you would not need to keep uploading new offers.
If you haven't sailed with URComped yet and have uploaded verified offers, you would not need to upload new offers unless there is a significant change, such as receiving an invite to a cruise certificate event, or a greater value offer.
OpenURComped allows you to access offers comparable to your current offers, but while trying out new cruise lines. We create a marketplace where players can receive great offers from various cruise lines, rather than the same old ones you’re used to. Offers before taking a URComped trip are based on the player's uploaded offers presented to URComped, while offers after the first URComped trip are based on the customer's actual play during that trip.
OpenURComped receives a report from the cruise lines about two weeks after the end of the month, which is used to update customers' offers on the URComped site. If players receive a certificate onboard their cruise, it can be booked right away, even before the report is received.
In urgent cases where customers need to book something before the end of the month, a one-off can be done with the cruise partner who already has the customer's play data in their system.

You upload pictures of your offers from your current casinos using the Offer Upload page. Your current offers are used to determine your player value and help you unlock new offers from other casinos.
We use the currently valid casino offers you already receive to qualify you as a player and unlock new offers for you with different casinos and cruise lines.
You tell us who sent you the offer and upload a picture of the offer using the Upload Your Offers page. We verify the image in a couple business days and that unlocks all your offers you now qualify for.
OpenFor far-out cruises, Cruise lines typically extend Comps 12-14 months out at the most, with the exception of meet-up cruises. Casinos do not typically offer sailings that far out as guests’ financial situations can change over several months, affecting their ability to play in the casino. Luckily, URComped has built a reputation over time with many casinos to extend the typical 3-6 month out bookings to 12-14 months.
For short-notice cruises: If it is your first trip with URComped we recommend booking at least 30 days in advance for land-based trips, or 90 days in advance for cruises. If you have already taken a trip with URComped, booking can be done up to a week before the trip depending on the availability of the casino or cruise line.
OpenYes! URComped offers several international/overseas cruises. These cruises tend to have fewer blocked cabins for the casino because they are not run as frequently, and tend to come and go quickly. If you see an international sailing you like, tell your URComped host and book it as soon as possible!
OpenURComped's primary focus is on cruise lines. However, we do have multiple partnerships with land-based casinos and occasionally offer promotions or events with them. Examples of land-based casinos we work with include Yaamava Casino Resort, Venetian Las Vegas, Mystic Lake, and Ballys AC. To qualify for a land-based offer, you need to have taken a trip with URComped before, upload a land-based offer with free play, or connect your URComped host with your personal on-property host who can verify your play with us. Any of which will be used to determine your comp. To find out if URComped works with a particular land-based casino, ask your URComped host anytime!
OpenSome cruise lines are raising their cabin prices due to supply and demand post-pandemic, which is causing the criteria to get a comp to go up as well. This is not a penalty to URComped, or you as the player, but rather a decision made by the cruise lines to have their casino department pay more due to the increased cost of cabins.
OpenIf you haven't used URComped before, providing Win/Loss statements and tier status updates can be helpful, but sending your most current and strongest offers is the best thing to do. Once you've taken a trip with URComped your offers will be based on your actual platform on that trip, so there's no need to send updated offers unless requested in rare situations.
OpenNo, we partner with popular destinations in offering exclusive deals to benefit you and our partners!
If you have any concerns or complaints related to your trip, the destination property or cruise line is responsible, and it's recommended that you contact them directly. If you have trouble reaching the casino or cruise line customer service, you can contact URComped to see if we can provide assistance.
OpenIf your first trip booked through URComped is fully comped, then typically the cruise line will give you free drinks in the casino. Every cruise line does this differently, so it's best to double-check with your host pertaining to your specific sailing. In some cases, if it's a discounted cruise that we booked for you or a particular type of casino offer, then the comp drinks may not be offered in the casino.
OpenIf a player doesn't play the expected bankroll during a cruise booked through URComped, their offers may be reduced or even eliminated. Some land-based casinos may even reverse the comp and require the player to pay for their room if the predetermined bankroll is not met. URComped is always transparent about these expectations and will clearly state if there is any chance that the comp could be reversed in the offer before booking.
OpenEach casino destination has it’s own cancellation policy so we recommend first checking with the casino your reservation was made with. Additionally, URComped reserves the right for a max. $100 penalty for late cancellations.
It depends! If a player did not book a trip through URComped, it may still be possible to have the casino report the trip depending on your relationship with the casino host. URComped can contact the host and get past play information to use for future offers, however, if the host is unwilling to share information, it may be difficult to obtain it.
OpenURComped offers a Cruise Search Tool accessible by selecting the "Tools" tab while logged in. From there, users can filter their search by departure port, international or domestic. Some transatlantic or other repositing cruises may leave from domestic ports like Miami, so it's important to keep this in mind!
OpenThe ship's atmosphere can vary depending on the season you’re sailing. For example, cruises in the Summer and Holiday breaks such as Spring Break or Christmas will typically have more families with kids than a random cruise in October. Other than Virgin Voyages, which is adults-only, each of our cruise partners offers kid's programs, activities, and clubs. Looking at our team member's personal experience, we would say that Royal Caribbean and MSC generally will have more kids and activities for them than Celebrity.
OpenOf course, the theme of the Craps Cruise is craps, but there will also be plenty of other slot and table game players. There is no need to worry about taking cabins away from craps players; more cabins are reserved than necessary, and there will also be slot tournaments and pulls on the cruise. It is a fun experience all around!
OpenTravel insurance rates and requirements vary across companies. The recommended way to get information about specific trip insurance is to visit TravelInsurance.com, enter the travel dates, and compare different insurance options available for your trip
OpenIf you earn a certificate for a cruise at a land-based casino, reach out to your URComped host and let them know the sailing on the certificate that you'd like to book. 9 times out of 10, URComped can book the same offer or potentially a better offer than what's on the certificate for you. If your URComped host isn't able to match what's on the certificate, your URComped host will let you know, so that you can book that offer directly. Call/ Text: 972-788-1785 or Email: host@ib.urcomped.com
Open
If you earned that certificate while onboard a cruise that URComped booked you on, then YES! We would love to book that for you. Please message your host to let them know you earned a certificate as well as the certificate number, and your host will book your preferred sailing. Please keep in mind certificates are not transferable, so you can not give them to someone else.
Each certificate has a cash value as well, so if there is a sailing that’s not on your certificate that you want, your URComped host can apply the cash value of the certificate to the sailing and use your actual play data from your previous trips to let you know what comp level you qualify for. That's not all! Keep in mind that URComped continually will add new offers that are pre-negotiated for you with that cruise line on your “my offers” page that you can claim at any time!
OpenThe policy allows the booking of two different cabins, but each household member must stay in the separate cabin that their certificate covers. If the ship finds out that the household members are not staying in their respective cabins, they could reverse the comp on the cabin not used. Although this policy seems difficult to enforce.
OpenURComped will always try to get a better deal for our members, and the cruise line is obligated to honor what is on your certificate at the very least. If the price of the sailing you want goes up, this may limit the ability to book a specific cabin category. However... If the price goes down, we would have access to get you a higher cabin category.
Many cruise certificates offer a specific cabin type or a dollar amount that can be traded in. The back of the certificate usually has a list of 20-40 sailings where the certificate can be used for a specific cabin category. If you want to choose a sailing that is not on the certificate, the cruise line will deduct the dollar amount of the certificate from the price of that sailing.
OpenURComped has contracts with our cruise line partners in order to help bring them NEW players.
If you've sailed with URComped before, you can speak with your host to book something that's not promoted on our website. However, first-time customers must book one of the promoted offers. Once you've been pre-qualified, there are many sailings to choose from, and after your first trip, you can book another sailing that isn't listed on the site by contacting your host. It is always recommended to talk to your host when thinking about booking the next sailing!
OpenYes, you can choose your cabin based on availability. Your selected cabin must still be the cabin category you are comped for.
OpenURComped can book non-gamblers, including children! However, the cruise line won't provide comp for minors. If there is a single adult with a child, the adult's fare will be comped, but the child's fare will not be comped. If there are two adults and one child, the two adults will be comped, but the minor’s cruise will be full price. When adding extra guests to a comped cabin the price may increase significantly due to the limited availability of larger (or “quad”) cabins. These cabins tend to be very limited in quantity, resulting in higher prices.
OpenURComped values A.C.T.S. which stands for Access, Convenience, Trust/Transparency, and Speed/Special Service. We strive to respond to customers as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days. During periods of high demand, response times may be delayed. However, most customers have found our team to be responsive. Also, depending on when the cruise line responds to your host will affect when your host can get back to you with certain information. New members may experience delays while waiting for a cruise line to approve their comp, because we are sending more information over to them to review.
OpenIf you have no history with cruise line casinos, it's better to book with URComped initially. URComped can put you on your first trip at a casino rate which is better than booking through a travel agent. Also, if you play at a land-based casino and have offers, URComped may be able to give you some additional discounts.
We recommend that you start with us, not just for our amazing team and let us build up your profile! Then on the next cruise, you can get even better offers based on your casino play.
OpenThe cruise lines limit the number of comp players that can be on a sailing because it doesn't make for a good experience if you're in the casino and can't get a slot machine, all the tables are filled, and it's way too crowded. So the ship may not be sold out, but there may be no more bookings available for comp players. This is especially true for sailings that are on certificates or direct mail pieces as they tend to reach casino capacity faster. Therefore, when a good offer is available, we recommend you book it quickly!
OpenIf it's the player's first URComped sailing, the general rule is they can only have one cruise booked. The cruise lines want to see real play data before they allow someone to book multiple cruises. After the player completes their first sailing and proves they play at the expected level, they can have more than one sailing booked at a time. The number of trips that can be booked is usually based on the cruise line, with some cruise partners having caps. Your URComped host will provide information on any limits. Typically, after the first trip, it is possible to book as many trips as desired, unless the cruise partner imposes a cap.
OpenMany companies have flexible cancellation policies imposed during COVID, so URComped partners are generally not keeping deposits. However, if a player repeatedly cancels bookings after the host has put in a lot of work to make said reservations, they may be required to put down a deposit as outlined in the terms of service. This situation does not occur frequently.
OpenURComped’s cruise offers are for double occupancy cabin categories, so if you qualify for a comp cabin and you're traveling solo, there is no surcharge. You would still pay the full port fees and taxes for the double occupancy cabin which are required to secure the cabin. In case you plan to add a guest later on, it's recommended to add their name for a second guest while booking in case the ship reaches the mandated limit. If you plan to find another adult guest, anyone can be picked, and the name can be swapped later.
OpenThere are two measures used to calculate offers: 1. Average Daily Theoretical (ADT) 2. Average Trip Theoretical (ATT) URComped will use the higher of the two to get the best offer for a player. A player's average daily play (ADT) should be consistent, or even higher on a shorter cruise. Meanwhile, a longer trip should have a higher average trip play (ATT). The rate of play shouldn't be affected by taking shorter or longer cruises as long as the play is consistent.
What is ADT/ How are offers calculated: https://urcomped.com/home/question/300/how-are-offers-determined-what-is-adt/
Open
It depends! URComped isolates offers based on the partner/cruise line. Offers with a specific cruise line are based on the player's past play with that specific line, and other offers will be based on the overall average play. Sister companies, such as Royal Caribbean and Celebrity, treat play separately and are not an exception to this.
OpenPotentially. In general, not playing on a trip will affect future offers as URComped's trips are based on a rolling average of play. One bad trip can bring down the average, but it depends on the case. The more good trips you have, the less impact one bad trip will have. If a player doesn't play on a trip that has already been comped, it may cause concern for the casino and they may reevaluate future comps.
There is no hard and fast policy on this, but not playing on a trip that has been comped for play could definitely affect future URComped offers.
OpenWhen an offer is uploaded, URComped does not receive the player's actual play data from their past trips. Instead, we use the uploaded offer to determine what kind of player the casino or cruise line thinks that player is, and then we’ll provide an appropriate comp based on that information as well as the player's gaming info (bankroll, avg. bet, etc.).
OpenNo! Only one person's offers are needed to get a comped cruise, but having both players’ offers can be helpful to unlock greater comps or discounts. Typically for your first trip, your comp will be based on the person who appears to be the bigger player. After the first trip, URComped will combine the play with your guest when claiming future offers and will provide any additional tips and tricks for getting better comps in the future. If you want to link your URComped accounts, your offers would be based on your combined play. To do this, please message your host.
Open
Some table games generate better comps than others based on time played and average bet. Roulette, UTH, three-card poker, and other carnival games are pretty good at giving comps compared to other common table games. On the other hand, craps and baccarat are the opposite and don't generate comps as quickly. The reason some games don't generate comps, as well as others, is because of "theoretical" value. The casino looks at the house edge of a specific game, a player's average bet, and time played (or hands dealt). Games that are slower or have a smaller house edge generate comps less aggressively. Games that are quicker or have a higher house edge generate comps better. However, some players may have higher "actual" play even if their "theoretical" play does not generate a lot. URComped is able to negotiate on a player's behalf to get the best offer, considering both their theoretical and actual play regardless of your favorite game.
OpenPlayers from out of the country do not necessarily get better offers on cruise lines, as those offers are based on how much they play and their trip theoretical. However, Las Vegas casinos and other local casinos may give better offers to people who live further away compared to their local players. There is a proximity principle where a player who lives near the casino is likely to come in anyway, while someone who is further away may need a sweeter offer to entice them. As a result, someone further away from a land-based casino may get a better offer than someone who is closer, even if they are the same-level player.
OpenThe casino department and retail department are separate within the cruise industry. Casino rates for sailings are different from retail rates and are not made public. This is why sometimes a player might qualify for a comped balcony on one sailing and only an inside cabin on another sailing that has a similar retail price. The reason for this is that the casino rates are not the same for each sailing. Sometimes the casino rate is much lower than the retail price and sometimes it can be very similar to the retail price. The casino can also create group blocks on certain sailings that they want to promote more aggressively to the players.
OpenThe Oasis Class ships of Royal Caribbean currently have the largest casinos among URComped’s cruise partners. In January of 2024, Royal Caribbean's Icon Class ship, Icon of the Seas, will have the largest casino. MSC's newest ships are the second-largest and have very good-sized casinos.
OpenStaying in a hotel or taking a break on a cruise will not lower your Average Daily Theoretical (ADT) for casino offers as they factor in your entire hotel stay or cruise length. So a player's daily play is the total trip theoretical amount divided by the total length of the cruise or stay, so it does not matter how you divide your play each day.
However, if you’re just dropping in at a land-based casino and only playing for a short time, it may significantly lower your average play and affect future casino offers.
